Imagine flying to LAX in the middle of the much-anticipated Carmageddon (Hwy 405 closure)? Up at 4:30 am, Kids 4 Hydrogen team (Zohar Wouk, Rebecca Fang, and Susan Tatsui-D’Arcy) flew to LA to attend the Alt Car Expo in Santa Monica, CA. Taylor Honda, team member, and his family live in LA and they picked up the Northern Calif team members at LAX to chauffeur them to the Expo. Michael Beck, senior member of Kids 4 Hydrogen, drove down to LA.

t with Mercedes and test drove the F-Cell. They discussed setting up the 10-day tour using the Mercedes F-Cell in January-February 2013. One Mercedes fuel cell technician offered to join the team on the 10-day tour!
